Transit First

Transit First was a bus company operating in the south-western suburbs of Sydney. The first origins can be traced back to 1982 when Westway Bus and Coach Service purchased Holswothy Bus Co. Westway then joined with Bankstown-Strathfield Bu sService and West Bankstown Bus Service in 2003 and rebranded to Transit First. Westway operated a varied fleet of Albions, Hinos, Leylands, MANS and Volvos. In the late 1990’s they standardised on Mercedes-Benz O405s.
